Products Return Policy

  • If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to contact us. We try to respond to emails within 1 day during normal office hours. If you wish to return an item within 7 days of purchase, please be sure they are in unworn condition and in original packaging with tags and labels attached.
  • Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank’s processing time varies. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
  • We do reserve the right to reject a returns request if the items have been clearly worn and have not been returned in the condition received or if the return policy is abused.
  • You will need to pay the return postage, but if we shipped the wrong goods and return for exchanging items, we will pay for the new items to be mailed back to you.
  • Please Note: All returned items without a new order number included will shipped back to you at your cost.
